Now we all know when it comes to marching bands, HBCU bands are undefeated. From halftime shows, Battle of the Bands, parades, and televised performances, these bands represent the spirit and soul of their historically black college/university. NCCU Marching Band’s 2020 Homecoming Celebration: 110 Years of Excellence

Youtube channel, NCCULife, posts its 2020 Virtual Homecoming celebration to celebrate North Carolina Central University’s 110 years of Excellence. The university’s marching band, Marching Sound Machine, can be seen in the video along with the Lovely Ladies of eClipse. Shaw University Marching Band Halftime Performance

    Youtube Channel, A King, posts Shaw University’s “Platinum Sound”, halftime performance against rivalry HBCU, St. Augustine University. After being reestablished in 2002 with only 80 members, the band has now grown to over 130 members. The Platinum Sound Marching Band was featured in the Honda Battle of the Bands back in 2008.
